STRONG STEROID PEOPLE ARE HARDER TO KILL......

The remarkable CrossFit tagline Strong People Are Harder To Kill was created by strength training coach Mark Rippetoe, it inspired fitness buffs everywhere to strive harder at the gym – it is compelling because this tagline proclaims a very profound truth. Strong people are harder to kill... in these crazy times, there is the strong moral character that will determine who is in control of the next generation of Americans -- with the desire to survive.

People who have strength of character can withstand difficulties when the odds are against them – tough experiences shape human character. Those who have been challenged by life and retain a moral compass have built a strong inner core that is focused on survival -- adapting critical thinking, problem solving, collaborative partnerships, agility in thought, adaptability, taking initiatives -- traits that are common in seminars for leadership training, but the deal-breaker are strong people who are prepared to fight with a weapon – whether it’s an ax, knife, hammer, arrow or gun - that is the mark of the survivor.

STOPPING THE STEROID BAD GUYS

Strong Steroid Jared Remy — the son of Boston Red Sox broadcaster Jerry Remy -- was also a former Red Sox security guard until he was fired for steroid use in 2008 -- his behavior has given everyone lots of warnings that he was on the path to commit domestic violence. When he was arrested on charges of stabbing his girlfriend Jennifer Martel to death in front of their 4-year-old daughter and neighbors, it was just one day after he had been at Waltham District Court in Massachusetts on charges of slamming Martel's face into a mirror — then he was released in the liberal courtrooms of Massachusetts.

Despite 14 previous arrests, including domestic violence against two other women, Remy was allowed to walk free without bail — on an order not to abuse Martel. The next night, in the words of Martel's mother, he "went back and finished the job."

This all happened despite the fact that in Massachusetts high-risk offenders can be held in jail for a period of time, after a "dangerousness hearing" to prevent the occurence of domestic violent crime. So what went wrong here? For one thing, the judicial system let the crazed steroid buffed Jared Remy return to the streets due to his family's connections. The power elite simply ignored the danger signs when phone calls were made to Martel by the Remy family begging her not to file charges, and the end result was that Strong Steroid Jarod Remy was allowed into the public domain --- the Remy family more concerned about embarrassment of the family name, then the real threat of violence against Martel who died one day later, stabbed to death.

We live in scary times….. in terms of survival, it is important to stay focused on survival, to ignore the constant political lies, to brush aside and not get overwhelmed by the media -- try to understand the lies that are designed to stop action, prevent dreams, diminish our will -- it is more important than ever to breakout from the screaming media noise.
