HILLARY MESSES UP: SECRET EMAILS = GAME OVER

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continues to infuriate the public as well as the political elite by denying the simple truth that the use of a personal email account during her reign violated federal rules regulating "the preservation of official government records". The evidence exists = Hillary Clinton exclusively used the private "secret" email account in order to conceal official communications from the public.

What makes the retired Secretary of State -- albeit the Democratic presidential candidate "front runner" believe that she is above the law?

Clinton claims that she opted for one cellphone and a personal server as a matter of convenience — during her reign as Secretary of State -- rather than use a government-issued phone for business and another device for personal matters. The result is 32,000 deleted personal e-mails — Hillary Clinton exclusively used personal email during her four-year tenure as secretary of state. Federal law dictates that official public records are to be preserved, including emails, to ensure that public records are preserved, and subject to freedom of information laws = it preserves accountability in official communications.

The use of the personal email account was revealed when Clinton was subpoenaed by the Department of State to release all of her emails during the investigation of the Benghazi fiasco in Libya. Clinton's response to the the House Select Committee on Benghazi subpoenas for the personal emails was to announce that 32,000 personal emails were deleted.

Hillary Clinton's intent seems clear: The use of one exclusive personal email was an effort to avoid accountability, shielding public email communications under the banner of personal email communications, clearly in violation of the law.

The Democratic Party should take note that this political flare-up will not die, the loss of four lives in Benghazi during her reign as Secretary of State is an enormous tragedy. Hillary Clinton has officially messed up = her secret emails should mean that the Presidential End Game is Over.

BRIAN WILLIAMS - HARSH REALITY DELIVERS FALSE HOPE

It is over for Brian Williams... really over..... Tough Karma for Williams.

When the NBC news anchor decided to share his Iraqi war fictional tale on the Jan. 30 broadcast, the same lie he had repeated for more than a decade, about taking fire in a helicopter during the Iraqi War ten years ago... the lie backfired -- when a decorated soldier who had been on the ground posted on FaceBook that he had witnessed Williams landing safely, that the story was a complete fiction. Finally, Williams' tall tale was revealed... the crew member from the Chinook flying ahead of Williams in the 2003 Iraq firefight, also posted on FaceBook, “Sorry dude, I don’t remember you being on my aircraft. I do remember you walking up about an hour after we had landed to ask me what had happened.”

La....de....da.....

Don Helus, the pilot of the helicopter that took the missile fire in the now infamous Williams tall tale, told CNN’s Brian Stelter that he has tried to tell the truth for more than a decade, that he informed NBC over ten years that Williams’ story was not accurate, but he never heard back from NBC. Stars and Stripes ran with it after the broadcast, Williams then announced he was stepping down for several days.

La....de....da.....

Helus said he heard of Williams’story when a friend showed him a video of Williams telling his fake version in April 2003. Thus, Williams began telling the tall tale 12 years ago. “The fact is, Mr. Williams wasn’t in or near our aircraft at the time,” Helus told Stelter. “It saddens me that you have so many combat journalists out there who are in that situation, seeing those things happen, and more than likely, they don’t tell the story like that, with that embellishment.”

La....de....da.....

NBC News has the highest rated evening news program, but now it's lead anchor Williams is caught in a lie, thus NBC’s credibility is completely demolished. Williams has been forced to acknowledge that he had not told the truth for years.... that he lied when he said he was aboard a helicopter during the Iraq invasion that was forced down by enemy fire.

La....de....da.....

Williams apologized on-air for claiming he was in a helicopter that had been hit by a grenade in Iraq in 2003. The glaring consequence??? NBC News has launched an internal probe but has not given any timetable for its investigation into Williams' statements, coordinated by the division's investigative editor Richard Esposito, or if its report will be made public. Lester Holt, sitting in as the substitute anchor on NBC Nightly News, told viewers on Monday's broadcast that Williams had taken himself off the air because questions have been raised about how he recalled several stories. "He'll be off while this issue is dealt with," Holt said.

Williams should be fired from the anchor job at Nightly News" -- despite the fact that it has been at the top of the ratings in a news division struggling to survive, it is an industry based on uncovering the truth, the man delivering the news cannot simply thwart reality.

La....de....da.....

On Monday, the newspaper Stars and Stripes released a transcript of its interview with Williams last week, before the apology, when Williams attempts to explain his story. When asked about a claim by military personnel involved in the 2003 Iraq mission that his helicopter was flying about an hour behind the Chinook helicopter that had been hit by the rocket-propelled grenade. Williams said it was the first he'd heard of that. "I could not see in front of us, and I thought we were just in one flotilla, for lack of a better word," he said.

"The real difficulty for a news organization, or a reporter, is that once you've made one misstep, it's really hard to earn (trust) back," said David Westin, former ABC News president. "You can. But it takes a lot of time." The incident should remind news organizations that it's more important to report the news than "brand" their personalities."

Now is the time to fire Williams...... La....de....da...

SUPER BOWL XLIX = QB BRADY LEADS PATRIOTS WIN = GRONK GONE WILD!

Super Bowl XLIX will be decided by the Tom Brady QB revenge factor alongwith the unstoppable Gronk Gone Wild factor.... Gronkowski, the player just named 2014 AP Comeback Player of the Year, is determined to shut the critics down after missing much of last season due to endless injuries, Gronk will be the edge in the game.

While the Seahawks are looking to be repeat Super Bowl champions for the second year in a row, the Patriots are looking to shut the critics down and win the Super Bowl for the fourth time in the Tom Brady QB era, legitimizing the dynasty and making the early season critics crawl into their holes and beg forgiveness.

The Patriots naysayers brought this reality on when jealous Patriots Haters declared the Tom Brady QB era over, when the Patriots lost to the Chiefs in the regular season. Though both Super Bowl contenders, the SeaHawks and the Patriots lost to the Chiefs, the Patriot Haters claimed Tom Brady was done as the quarterback in New England, and the Patriots dynasty doomed. Patriots lost to the Chiefs in Week 5 both NFL teams stumbled over the first half of the season. It was the perfect storm to setup the Patriots Run To Revenge.

Gronkowski has his own legacy to prove.... Gronk's 2013 season was injury-plagued, costing the Patriots to be without their star tight end for nine games. Gronk's dynamic return in 2014 has paid off in big numbers, thus the choice for the Associated Press' Comeback Player of the Year.

In 2013, Gronkowski caught 39 passes for 592 yards and four scores in the seven games played last season..... in 2014 Gronkowski returned with a vengence.... grabbing 82 receptions for 1,124 yards and 12 touchdowns on 130 targets this NFL season.

Patriots win Super Bowl XLIX = Brady is on a mission to avenge his critics..... Gronk will be Gronk Gone Wild.... there is no other ending to this story.

BLUE BLOOD ON THE STREETS.......@ ALL LIVES MATTER

There is now blue blood on the streets of New York City, the blood of two police officers, Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu, killed by Ismaaiyl Brinsley, a man with a long criminal history that included over 15 arrests....thus the glaring question: Were the officers killed in retaliation for the deaths of two black men, Michael Brown and Eric Garner when both grand juries failed to issue any indictments against police officers???

Or was this really a psychopath, a lifelong criminal lunatic encouraged by the current political discourse to spill blue blood on the streets??? It is a sad question, really.

Political leaders, such as New York City Mayor Bill DeBlasio should understand the danger of arousing the fringe members of society by allowing "What do we want?? Dead cops." continual chants at protests around the city. DeBlasio and some protest leaders have to answer the question - are the protest leaders now race baiters encouraging the actual murders of police officers??

The lack of indictments in the deaths of Brown and Garner are dismaying, and have led to widespread protests throughout the country that is igniting the national conversation on the use of police force involving African-American men. The important fact is that not all police officers are responsible for the aggressive actions of a few on the force, just as all black men are not criminals who should be treated as potential perpetrators.

DeBlasio explained after the death of Eric Garner that he and his wife "had to literally train" their son Dante how to handle encounters with police -- an experience, he explained that was shared by the parents of other African-Americans around the country. "What parents have done for decades who have children of color, especially young men of color, is train them to be very careful when they have a connection with a police officer," DeBlasio said.

While that may be a statement that reflects the DeBlasio parental concerns, many parents at home discuss their ethnic, religious and racial concerns privately about the world, it is not reasonable for the mayor in his role representing the largest city in America to speak so disparagingly in a manner dismissive of the entire police department. It means there has never been any progress in race relations between Blacks, Whites, Italians, Puerto Ricans, Germans, Polish, Irish and millions of immigrants that comprise the population of New York City.

William Bratton, head of the 35,000 New York City Police Department, the nation's largest, said DeBlasio's statement "threw cops under the bus." Police officers turned their backs on DeBlasio during the hospital visits for the victims. "I was at the hospital when that event occurred," Bratton explained, "I don't support that particular activity, I don't think it was appropriate, particularly in that setting, but it's reflective of the anger."

Speaking on ABC's "This Week" with George Stephanopolous, DeBlasio said there was "so much misunderstanding" about what he meant."It's different for a white child. That's just the reality in this country," DeBlasio said. "And with Dante, very early on with my son, we said, look, if a police officer stops you, do everything he tells you to do, don't move suddenly, don't reach for your cell phone, because we knew, sadly, there's a greater chance it might be misinterpreted if it was a young man of color."

Does this man not understand his role as leader in the greater context of New York City?

"It's quite obvious that the targeting of these two police officers was a direct spinoff of the issues of these demonstrations," Bratton said. NYC Patrolmen’s Benevolent Association President Patrick Lynch blamed DeBlasio. "That blood on the hands starts on the steps of City Hall, in the office of the mayor," Lynch said. After the killing of the officers, police departments throughout New York State had to remain on high alert. The gunman who ambushed two police officers in their squad car had a long criminal record and history of mental instability, yet he knew to pursue publicity via social media. Right before opening fire, Ismaaiyl Brinsley approached people on the street and told them to follow him on Instagram,"Watch what I'm going to do," noted Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce.

Brinsley, age 28, had at least 19 arrests in Georgia and Ohio, and spent two years in prison for gun possession and had a troubled childhood so violent that his mother was afraid of him, police said. He ranted online about police and the government and expressed "self-despair and anger at himself and his life." Brinsley approached the squad car from behind in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant section and fired four shots, killing Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu. He then ran into a subway station and committed suicide.

Hours earlier, Brinsley had shot and wounded his ex-girlfriend at her home outside Baltimore, then made threatening posts online, including a vow to put "wings on pigs" and references to the Brown and Garner cases.

Baltimore-area police warned the New York department that Brinsley was in the city and bent on violence. New York police were still getting the word out when Brinsley struck. A union-generated message warned police officers that they should respond to every radio call with two cars — "no matter what the opinion of the patrol supervisor" — and not make arrests "unless absolutely necessary." The president of the detectives union told members in a letter to work in threes when out on the street, wear bulletproof vests and keep aware of their surroundings."Cowards such as yesterday's killer strike when you are distracted and vulnerable," the letter read.

Commissioner Bratton and Mayor DeBlasio attended Sunday Mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral, where Cardinal Timothy Dolan called for calm. Bratton later visited the families of both officers and laid flowers at a makeshift memorial at the site of the slayings. "It's a reflection that the community cares about the cops," said Bratton, adding that the memorial was "very appropriate."

There is now Blue Blood on the streets...... we can only hope that all lives matter.

ELIZABETH WARREN vs. HILLARY CLINTON...."WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?"

Really, when it comes to the political dreams of Elizabeth Warren and Hillary Clinton, the dominance of these liberal, rich, white women on the political scene reveals the hypocrisy in their liberal jargon versus the enormous financial amid the never-ending power grabs -- both women are opportunists, but the ultimate difference between Warren vs. Clinton??? It's the tragedy of BENGHAZI!!! Benghazi will make all the difference, as Hillary bites the dust leaving her political fortune behind.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was responsible the safety and security of all Americans working overseas, she ignored the unrelenting appeals for help from Ambassador Chris Stevens in Benghazi and abandon ed the limited Ambassador and Security Staff, this resulted in the death of four men. Clinton said she did not know he Benghazi outpost was unprotected, despite what Ambassador Chris Stevens had called “never-ending security threats.”

Hillary's crazy claim that the Clintons were dead broke when leaving the White House was heard on national television to correspondent Diane Sawyer, that gaffe has never been forgotten. Hillary had just signed an $8 million book deal. Bill and Hillary had just bought a $3 million Washington home as well as a 2 million home in Chappaqua, New York. Dead Broke??? Really????

There were also the disputed missing objects.... sofas, rugs, lamps, TVs and china, some of which the Clintons eventually had to pay for or return. Even Chelsea had cashed in, getting a $600,000-a-year salary from NBC, as a neophyte reporter, much greater than other network correspondents.

U.S. Senator from Massachusetts Elizabeth Warren has made a name for herself blasting the banking industry for the mortgage fraud practices that brought on the economic collapse in 2008. Yet, even the New York Times has revealed that Warren took part in over one dozen lucrative real estate deals in her "home state" of Oklahoma, making a fortune flipping foreclosed homes in the 1990′s.

The irony is that Warren has rallied against predatory banks and endless foreclosures but that certainly did not stop Warren from using the financial industry tactics to make her fortunes. On Warren's website, "We are in the midst of one of the greatest economic crises in our country’s history — a crisis that began one lousy mortgage at a time."

The Boston Herald uncovered these findings:

Elizabeth Warren, who has railed against predatory banks and heartless foreclosures, took part in about a dozen Oklahoma real estate deals that netted her and her family hefty profits through maneuvers such as “flipping” properties, records show. A Herald review has found that the Democratic U.S. Senate candidate rapidly bought and sold homes herself, loaned money at high interest rates to relatives and purchased foreclosed properties at bargain prices. Land records from Warren’s native Oklahoma City show the Harvard professor was active in the often topsy-turvy real estate market in the 1990s, including: • Purchasing a foreclosed home at 2725 West Wilshire Boulevard from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for $61,000 in June 1993, then selling it in December 1994 for $95,000 — a 56 percent mark-up in just 18 months. • Buying a house at 200 NW 16th St. for $30,000 in August 1993, then flipping it for $145,000 — a 383 percent gain after just five months. • Lending one of her brothers money at 9.5 percent interest to buy a home at 1425 Classen Drive for $35,000 in August 2000. He sold the place three months later for $38,500 — a 10 percent gain in 75 days. • Providing her brother with financing to buy a $25,000 house at 4301 NW 16th St. in 1994. He sold the property four years later for $42,000, a 68 percent increase. • Giving her sister-in-law a mortgage in 1996 to buy a $31,000 home at 2621 NW 13th St. Three years later, the sister-in-law sold the place for $45,000 — a 45 percent boost in three years.

The Presidential Campaign in 2016 will have one Democratic candidate, that may very well be Democratic Elizabeth Warren as women call out for the historic change in leadership that would have a female president in the White House. The Democratic candidate will never be Hillary Clinton, she is a lightning rod of controversy, but her worst offense was her failure to secure the safety of Americans who served abroad.

Again......Benghazi will make all the difference, as Hillary bites the dust leaving political fortune behind.
